Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: 02/18/2026

1. Introduction

Embrs is committed to the safety and protection of children. This page describes the standards and practices Embrs maintains to prevent, detect, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Embrs strictly prohibits the following on our platform:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including AI-generated or digitally manipulated imagery depicting minors in sexual situations.

Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.

Grooming behavior, including attempts by adults to build inappropriate relationships with minors.

Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes, trafficking, or any other form of exploitation.

Sextortion or any attempt to coerce minors using intimate imagery or threats.

Sharing, requesting, or distributing intimate or sexual content involving minors.

3. Age Restrictions

Embrs is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must meet the minimum age requirements established by their local jurisdiction. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be terminated and any associated data will be deleted.

4. Detection and Enforcement

Embrs employs multiple measures to detect and remove CSAE content and behavior from the platform:

Content Moderation: We use a combination of automated systems and human review to identify and remove prohibited content.

User Reporting: All users can report content or accounts that violate our child safety standards directly within the app. Reports related to child safety are prioritized for immediate review.

Account Action: Accounts found to be in violation of these standards are permanently banned. We do not provide warnings or second chances for CSAE violations.

Content Removal: Identified CSAE content is removed immediately upon detection or report confirmation.

5. Reporting to Authorities

Embrs complies with all applicable child safety laws, including mandatory reporting obligations. When we identify or receive a report of apparent CSAM or child exploitation:

We report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline, as required by U.S. federal law.

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and regional and national authorities in their investigations.

We preserve relevant evidence in accordance with legal requirements and law enforcement requests.

6. In-App Reporting

Users can report child safety concerns directly within Embrs through the following mechanisms:

Reporting a specific post or piece of content by tapping the report option on any post.

Reporting a user profile through the profile options menu.

All child safety reports are treated as high priority and are reviewed promptly by our trust and safety team.

7. Contact Information

8. Training and Accountability

9. Changes to These Standards

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and provide notice through the app or other reasonable means.
