Copyright & DMCA Policy

Effective Date: 09/30/2026

Embrs Inc. (“Embrs,” “we,” or “us”) respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the Embrs mobile applications for iOS and Android, the Embrs web app, and the journey pages organizations share on Embrs (together, the “App”) to do the same. This page describes how to submit a copyright infringement notice and a counter-notice for content on the App. It applies only to the App and Embrs-operated services that support the App.

1. Designated Copyright Agent

Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), notices of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to our designated agent:

  • Designated Agent: Copyright Agent

  • Company: Embrs Inc.

  • Mailing Address: 1800 S Loop 288, Ste 396 #692, Denton, TX 76205, United States

  • Email: dmca@embrs.com

You may also email notices to the address above while we maintain this page. For fastest processing, include “DMCA Notice” or “DMCA Counter-Notice” in the subject line.

2. DMCA Infringement Notice

If you believe content on the App infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to the designated agent that includes all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered by one notice).

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Embrs to locate the material (for example, a URL, post identifier, or clear description of where it appears in the App).

  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, notify the user who posted it.

3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed or disabled as a result of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Embrs may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person’s agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant seeks a court order restraining you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material, in accordance with applicable law.

4. Repeat Infringers

It is Embrs’s policy to suspend or terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

5. Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

6. Other Intellectual Property Concerns

For trademark, publicity, or other intellectual-property concerns that are not copyright claims, contact info@embrs.com with a clear description of the issue and where it appears in the App.

7. Relationship to Our Terms

This policy supplements our Terms & Conditions. Your use of the App remains subject to those Terms, including the rules on User Content.
